老年人科学生活方式

  世界卫生组织将老年人的科学生活方式归纳为:情绪平稳、科学饮食超级大满贯、适当运动、戒烟限酒。老年人若能按此要求去做,其心脑血管病和糖尿病的发病率可下降69%-75%,可使老年常见病减少一半左右,会使人长寿。

  1.情绪平稳
